Access is denied on one computer, no problem on a second one

I have three computers in my network. My vista computer is connected to my
router with an ethernet cable, my second desktop computer (Windows XP SP2) is
connected via wireless as is my notebook (Windows XP SP2). Whenever I try to
change or move files on my vista computer from my wireless desktop I get the
"Access is denied" message. If I do the same from my notebook, everything
works OK. Can anyone suggest what might be different on the desktop which is
causing this problem.

Hello,

Could you give a detailed rundown of the steps you take when you get the
access denied error... for example, how do you log in to the Vista computer,
what files/location are you attempting to access.

I'm sorry about the multiple posts. The system kept telling me that there
had been an error and to come back later - so I did - 3 times.

However, Mike has solved it for me. I didn't realise that one of the
computers had been set with a logon password, while the others hadn't. All
had the same username.

Thanks for your help.
