Access Access Hyperlink Issue...Help!

I've created an email button in an Access form. When clicked, I would like it to open an email and populate the subject and to fields with information specific to the record (in this case, an analyst's email address and the name of a file). Right now, all I can get it to do is populate the same name and address for every record. How do I change this? Thanks!
