access help

I am running winxp on a dell with office 2003 pro
My access help files will not work. When I run a keyword search for help
I get the help window but it is empty.
I tried the Word program and it's help files show just fine.
I did an update install on access, making sure the help files would run
from my computer, but still nothing.
Can someone please help me get some help?

Joanne, can you give some more information about this problem please.

1. Does this happen when you ask for help in the main Access window, or in
the code (VBA) window?

2. When you run a Keyword search, does the Search pane give the answer:
No matches
Or does it return a list at that stage?
Or does it go completely blank?

3. Or, is it when you choose a topic, that you get the help window with a
title bar only, and no text at all in the window like this:

4. What setting do you have under:
Tools | Options | General | Service Options | Online Content

5. Do you also have Access 2007 on this computer?
Or have you had the beta of Office 2007?

6. Give an example of something you searched for, to help us try to recreate
this problem.
