access hangs

[Question Boy]

When I open 1, and only 1 specific form, and then close my app, ms access
appears to close but the process remain in the task manager stoping the db
from being reopen unless you kill the process manually.

I have been trying to identify the source, but haven't managed! I commented
ALL the code behind the form and it still had the same behavior??????! Any
ideas on how I can identify the source of the problem?

I just deleted one by one all the modules and class modules from the db, no
change. I also deletd all the code from my form and subform, no changes?! I
am totally lost here, it just doesn't make sense. How can a form without any
coding behind it causing the process not to close? The ldb file is removed
but the bloody process remains?!

Some more testing,

I just tested it on another pc w/ Access 2000 and no problem!? My main
computer that I am experiencing the problem on is running Access 2003 SP3
(seem to be experiencing problems since I upgraded to Office SP3?
Coincidental, I don't know but I am starting to really have my doubts) I'm
out of computers to do further test on, but I can't deploy the db (100s of
hours of development) with this type of uncertainty. Any ideas are much
appreciated!
