Access engine owns all of my tables, etc.

After running the 'Compact and Repair database' task, all the tables and
queries in my database are now system objects, and 'Engine' is listed as the
owner. 'Engine' obviously can't grant me Administer permissions, so I can't
figure out how to read/export/print any of the lost data. My forms and
modules seem totally gone, but I appreciate any suggestions for recovering at
least the tables.

In case it helps: I ran the 'compact...' task twice. It failed the first
time due to insufficient disk space, so I cleared some room, deleted the
"MSysCompactError" table, then ran it again, and voila! No database.

Thanks in advance.

Damon,

Try to create a new database, and import all the tables from the old one.
