Access "desktop wallpaper"?

Is there any way to put the equivalent of desktop wallpaper behind the forms and reports of an access application? It looks rather drab to only have a gray background when forms and reports are not maximized.

ChangeMDIBackGround.zip is a database containing a function to allow you
to specify a color or Bitmap Image for the background of the main Access
MDI window. NO SUBCLASSING REQUIRED!
