Access Denied

Whenever i go into IE i can't get to any sites. It just says
Access Denied
Access control configuration prevents your request from
being allowed at this time. Please contact your service
provider if you feel this is incorrect.

Please help

Did you by any chance delete some malware and are now unable to get to any
sites?
If yes then your winsock may have been damaged.
You will need to download and run one of these tools.

In your error message do you notice a 403 error?
