Access denied

When i start up i get a message from Mcafee virus scan
that access is denied for file c:\windows\system32
\win32US.EXE i have to exclude or stop to continue, any
ideas?

Spyware/scumware - download Spybot from www.safer-networking.org and run a
system-wide scan. That file is an all-in-one porn dialler - you want rid.
