Access Denied

I am now doing cybercafe for my final project.

i type this command at the admin pc at command prompt

shutdown /s /m \\mymachine_name

Why when i type this command it tell me that is access denied

May i know that how can i let the admin pc to access to the client's pc?
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup. Your question does not seem related to
Microsoft Access, the database application that is part of MS Office
