Access Denied when i try to access Client PC

I am now doing cybercafe for my final project.

i type this command at the admin pc at command prompt

shutdown /s /m \\mymachine_name

Why when i type this command it tell me that is access denied

May i know that how can i let the admin pc to access to the client's pc?
