Access denied

I get very fustrated because I get ACCESS DENIED when I
establish a new web site an try to run a new application.

I have done this mistake on time before, but i cant
remember whats the trick ????????

All permission are properly set

All other webs and applications are running ok....

Please ????????

I spendt 3 hour before I realize that
direcory names must be less than 9 char long

STUPID
