Access Denied when browsing the network computers in the domain

Dear all
I have a strange problem here, i have windows 2000 server with windows xp
sp2 client computers, when i try to browse network computers inside my domain
from any client computer i got a message "access denied", while i can do this
from the server and browse all the computers, i think it could be problem in
group policy security, but i don't know, so can any one help

Our site is experiencing the same issue with one particular server. The
server see's the client but the clients (a group of new units with XP SP2) do
not see the server. If we try to find the server by entering "\\{server}" we
are denied access. Did you discover a resolution to this issue? Thanks.
