Access denied to workstation in subdomain

Hello all,

my problem is the following:
I have I W2k parent domain top.com and beneeth a subdomain sub.top.com.

I´d like to administrate / connect to the subdomain´s workstations from a
machine in the top.com domain using an administrator account.

I think it should be possible, but I do not know how. Both domains are
bidirectinal trusted, the trust seem to work.

Can anyone help me ?

Are you using the built-in Administrator account in the parent domain or an
account member of the Enterprise Admins Group?

Hi,
I use the built-in Administrator account. There is no group named
Enterprise-Admins.

There should be a group named Enterprise-Admins in the first root domain.

Sorry - the German translation for Enterprise-Admins seems to be
"Organisations-Admins". The only member in this group is the Admin
accouint - so as I used the built-in Admini account I used a member of the
Enterprise-Admins.
I think the problem is to make in any way the top domain Admin a member of
the workstation´s local Admins group.
