I have tried to get this issue resolved for about 1 month with MSN Support
with no solution. I cannot access my A:, D: & E: drives. In My Computer,
they are designated with a NO symbol. Is there anyone who knows how to solve
this???

Offhand I don't know the solution but are you using XP Home or XP Pro? Are
those drives all for removable media such as floppy/cdrom/DVD? Have you
tried booting into Safe Mode?? When you put a floppy in the drive do you see
the light go on in the floppy drive? Have you checked your computer cmos
settings to make sure that those drives are available if they are not
partitions of the hard drive? Can you access then from the command prompt
such as typing a: at the command prompt and then hitting enter to try and
change to that drive with a floppy in the drive?? Have you scanned for
viruses? --- Steve
