access denied problem

AFTER ALL I'VE SPENT ON EDUCATION...

I blue screened my xp pro after loading new scanner software and did not
have a backup copy of the security accounts. Then when I reloaded xp ive
just locked myself out of 2 years of pics of the kids and a lot more in the
old "admin user" account I get ----access denied--- I know the reg key to
the accout what next. can I gain acccess easy????
