"Access Denied" Error message when trying to move, copy, delete files

I have full administrator privledges and had some hardware
software issues. The software issues are solved, clean
install,and the drive partitions pass a full chkdsk scan.

When I try to manipulate the files, I do not have the
permissions. Are these files all corrupt or is there
another possibility?
 
If it's an NTFS partition, you might have to take
ownership of the files first and then change the security
on the files to allow access to the administrator.
