Access Denied by Access Control List

Greetings,
I hope someone out there can help me. The other night when
I went to use the "search" option on the Internet (using
Microsoft Explorer 6.0), I get a message "Forbidden-Access
denied by the acccess control list" As far as I know I
didn't make any changes and my content advisor is not
enabled. How can I get my search option back? Thank you.
