Access DBQUALIFIER????

I am trying to make an Org Chart using Visio with an employee database stored
in an Access file. I am trying to create a button in a form in the Access
file that will bring up an org chart created in Visio but to do this I need
to run the Orgwiz.exe file with the parameters it requires. But I don't know
what to put in the parameters for an Access file.

Specifically, /Datasource=?, TABLE = ?, DBQUALIFIER=?. Now I am pretty sure
I know what to put in table but what is the data source and dbqualifier for
MS Access? I've tried DATASOURCE=MS ACCESS DATABASE, DBQUALIFIER=<path to
..mdb file> and the other way around.

I can't think of anything else to try. Has anyone been able to do this>

I'm just letting anyone who might need to do this again know that I found a
way around it. I found a macro that exports the Access table into an excel
file and then I ran OrgWiz on that.
