Access Database - "Unknown Publisher."

I downloaded a Microsoft Access database from a friend of mine. However, I
can not open the file due to the Publisher being "Unknown." How to I resolve
this issue so I can open the downloaded file. Thanks a ton for your
assistance.

Tools Menu -> Macros -> Security


I recommend adding the person to your list of "Trusted Publishers" and
keeping your security level medium/high. Macros can potentially
contain viruses/ trojans that either destroy your data or steal your
company's data. If you don't trust them enough to add to your "Trusted
Publishers" list, then you don't trust them enough to open their files.

Thanks a bunch for your help. I did trust the site, just right clicked the
Database file, went to properties and unblocked it. All works fine now.
