Converting Access 97 database to Access XP.
Database is used for scheduling and has calendar forms in it.
MSOffice XP is installed on desktop. Immediate error produced on opening
database in XP 'Your Microsoft Access database or project contains a missing
or broken reference to the file 'msoutl8.olb' version 8.0'.
Desktops do not use Outlook, we are using Groupwise software.

I can't find a reference to outlook in the code. Can I just uncheck the
MISSING reference indicator in the reference library or might this cause my
calendar to no longer function?

Thanks for any help.

Greetings

I believe that the calendar control is independent of the outlook dll. You
can uncheck it. After you uncheck it, compile it.

Hope this helps.
