Access database files

I updated an access file (MS 2007), and lost all previous information and
lists in the file. Is there a way to restore previous versions of a file? (It
was not backed up.)
 
This is something you should post to an Access newsgroup, and not a winxp
group.
You might find it easier, assumming you have access to the outlook express
newsreader, to configure it to msnews.microsoft.com in order you find the
relevent groups.

I'd be very surprised if you lost your access data, you sure a copy hasnt
been created?
