Access Conversion Toolkit Issue

I have a windows 2000 workstation with access 97, and the three access 97
databases. I could not load the conversion toolkit on this computer so I
loaded it on my xp workstation with Access 2003. I copied over the
adscannner.exe to my 2000 worksatation with Access 97, and I ran the scan
which appeared to run correctly. I received no errors and 3 xml files. When
I imported the log files in to my other xp worksation, it appeared to import
correctly. When I went to the reports, none of the databases appeared. I
opened up the xml file and it says Database not an Access database. Access
properties skipped.

This machine has access 97, do I need to flip a switch or something?

DearExpert

I did some more testing to find out in the xml log files
that it says

Database not an Access database. Access properties skipped.

I researched this, and it says this happens when you don't
have access 95 or above loaded on the workstation you are
doing a scan on. Problem with that is I do have access 97
loaded on the same worksatation, that I am running the
command line interface, and /acc:blush:n is in the parameters.

How do I report this knowledge base article as being
incorrect. Is there anyway to log a bug with microsoft
access 2003 conversion toolkit?
