Not at all easily. If you've done NOTHING since deleting the records
you can try Ctrl-Z to undo the deletion - but if you've closed the
form, the table, or the database they're gone.
There are third-party database salvage services which can recover
deleted data; the most recommended is Peter Miller at http://www.pksolutions.com.
And... KEEP BACKUPS! A database without a backup could get corrupted
next time you open it, and you would lose *everything* in it.

Thanks, Tony! I've been lucky (and careful) enough never to need to
try to do this; I'll remember in future posts (and keep my backups
even more carefully).
