Access 97 Out of system Resources

Hello.

On Windows XP SP 2, Access 97 is *sometimes* throws "out of system
resources".

What can i do?
 
Is there an error number also showing?

How much 'stuff' is running down in the Windows Taskbar? Anything that can
be turned off.

Have you run a good spyware and virus detection software package lately?
