Access 97 msg; can't find mso9.dll

When attempting to open access 97 I get an error msg stating that it cannot
locate a data link library file "MSO9.dll" Access will not open. The rest of
my Office Package works just fine

Wrong library. MSO9.dll is for Office 2000. It probably is a references
issue. Hold down the shift key to open your database. Open any code module
or press Ctril+G to open the IDE and Immediate window. Go to Tools ...
References, and uncheck or find any marked as missing. MSO9.dll can most
likely be left unchecked on your machine.
