Yup. No problem.

Yes but if you have 1 GB of RAM or more, you may need to get the update for
the JET engine as the JET engine / files that originally came with Access 97
cannot handle 1 GB of RAM.

of course; if you want to really USE that much memory; you should use
SQL Server; SQL Server uses large memory counts a lot better than MDB
