access 97 error mess on XP machine

Just upgraded to a XP machine. When trying to bring up Access 97, I get an
immediate error message "out of memory." The machine has 720 M of ram, 70 gb
HD. I think this problem was mentioned a while back on this group but I'm
unable to find the message. Help please!

If it was, then groups.google.com 'Windows XP Access 97 out of memory'
should find it for you in a flash. This isn't the 'missing font' issue,
is it?

occurs with 1gig RAM or more, but may still be your
problem).

Update Microsoft Jet version by following this article.
