Access 97 does not import .txt and HTML files

Hi there
After a fresh Office 97 SR2 install on a W2K laptop, Access 97 does not give
chance to import data from .txt and HTML files.
The Import window warns that the tipical installation may not have chance
for all kinds of files, then I executed, as adviced, the Add/Remouve/Access
data and Modify option (by using the Office 97 install CD again) but not
result.
Access 97 still cannot import .txt and HTML while other applications (i.e.-
Excell) can do it.

Does anybody know why?

PS: I have not problem with other laptop/desktop PCs using the same
applications ......

This is likely the problem discussed in the following KB articles:

Look for the file mstext35.dll on your hard drive (it should be in the
System folder), and use regsvr32.exe to reregister it.
