Access 95 Report Corrupt

We have a database that was created in Access 95. We
currently use it in Access 97 and it works fine. However,
they are upgrading us to XP. If we try to convert the
database we receive errors and if we open XP and try to
import all of the objects we receive errors. The errors
we receive when importing say, You've run out of memory"
which doesn't appear to be true. Then when you click on
the report it says File Not Found and then when you press
ok another message appears saying The Visual Basic for
Applications project in the database is corrupt. There
isn't any code in this database at all. I read that with
reports you should say for "has module - No". They are
already marked as that so it doesn't help.

There are 38 reports and I would really rather not
recreate them all. Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks so much!
Kim

Try converting to A97 file-format first. The converted file will probably
use the DAO 2.5 / 3.5 Compatibility Library.

In A97, change the Library to DAO 3.51 Object Library. Compile the
converted file, fix any Compile errors and make sure that no Compile errors
left. Then you can use this converted and compiled file as the source for
conversion to A2K0 or A2K2.

Note: there were reports that A97 will give you errors if the PC has 1 GB
of RAM or more. Make sure you use A97 on machine with less than 1 GB of
RAM.
