Access 2007

I need to upgrade from Access 2000 in order to be able to export to XML, and
I see that Microsoft sells an upgrade to Access 2007 far more cheaply than to
Office 2007. Would it cause problems to upgrade Access and keep Word and
Excel on Office 2000?
