ACCESS 2007 Splash Screen?

I upgraded to Office 2007. How do you make a splash screen in Access 2007? I
can't find that menu selection anymore. (It was easy in Access 2003.) Where
did that feature go?
 
Click on the Round Office Button and then go to ACCESS OPTIONS. Under
CURRENT DATABASE you will see the Startup form selection.
