Access 2007 Ribbon Question

I have a split database that I will be installing on laptops that will use
Runtime to operate. I want to create a custom tab on my ribbon--which I know
how to do. My question is this: Can someone show me the XML language to
create a button to activate the Linked Table Manager? I am assuming this
feature works in Runtime.

I am new to the XML language and don't have a clue. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Is there a place on the net that gives the XML translation for all the
Access 2007 buttons?
