Access 2007 Lookup not returning records

I created a db in 2007 version of Access using the "Projects" Template ,
however, saved as mdb file (I am the only one in my dept that has the higher
version). I created a lookup field in a form which has a few subforms and
contains all of my Projects from the Projects table. When I pick from the
drop down list and select a different project, my form information does not
reflect the fields associated with that project. It doesn't matter which
Project I pick, the info stays the same.

What is bizarre is that when I put the db on a shared area/server for others
to access, those in the lower version of access were able to use the drop
down feature. Ok, so the designer can't use her own db, but others in a
lower version can? hmmm...

I have been searching through this discussion group and haven't seen this
issue anywhere, but have always received great direction. Can someone help?

I have also posted this question under General questions, however, have not
received a response.

Assuming you are still using the .mdb version under 2007 have you designated
the directory where the db resides as 'tusted'. Office button ->trustcenter.

Hi Maurice...thank you, I just followed your recommendation and it still
doesn't work. And, it is unusually slow on the network server as it has been
since I saved it there. I am totally baffled here. As mentioned, the
dropdown does work in a lower version on the server.

If I can't fix this, is there a way to install Access 2003 back on my laptop
and still keep my 2007 version? I really like the new version, but need the
ability to work in this database.

Hi Maurice...me again, I received an error which said my recordsource was not
avail, to shut the db, etc. when I reopened it, it now works. Thank you so
much for your help! I am thrilled!
