Access 2007 developer?

I currently develop many applications in Access XP (2002) and with Office XP
Developer I'm able to package these applications and distribute them to
users who do not have Access (using the runtime). On the Office 2007
pricing page (http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview/pricing.mspx) I do not
see any offerings for an Office 2007 Developer edition. Will Access 2007
still have a free distributable runtime?

The runtime now comes with Visual Studio Tools for Office. I would assume
there will be a new version of VSTO around the time Office 2007 is released.
