Access 2007 and 2003

If I buy Office 2007 that includes Access, can I still work with files from
2003?

Keep in mind that it takes a while to get used to the new 2007 interface
aka the ribbon. The whole Office suite converted to this ribbon
interface. No more drop down menus.
