Access 2003 vs Access 2000 - is it worth it to upgrade?

Hi all.
I have been using Access 2000 at work and at home extensively.
I am now thinking about upgrading (at home) to Access 2003.
If I upgrade to Access 2003, will I still be able to use my Access
2000 databases? When I create a database in Access 2003, will I be
able to use it with Access 2000 (at home and at work)?

Any advice anyone could give me would be ever so appreciated.

Thanks!!!

The default format in Access 2003 is still the Access 2000 format, so all of
your existing Access 2000 databases will work fine. Any database you create
in Access 2003 will work in Access 2000 as long as you leave it in Access
2000 format, and you don't use any features of Access 2003 that aren't
supported in Access 2000.

Access 2000 isn't actually one of the better versions of Access released.
From what I've heard, Access 2003 is better in terms of stability. However,
there are some annoying security-related features.
