ACCESS 2003 SECURITY

I am working an Access 2003 database that was converted from an earlier
version. When I went to make a change to it the MENU LINE was modified. It
only contained a few menu items. And those items were limited. How do I get
the full menus back? It seems to be only on this database.

Try holding down the shiftkey while you open the mdb. If that works, you
can go to Tools, Startup and check the settings there (likely allow full
menus is unchecked).
