Access 2003 Report - want only one field with a value to show

Ok I see where using the Can Shrink value will shrink the actual amount field
to nothing - but the associated field label still shows.

How do I get rid of the label also if there is no field value - as there is
no Can shrink property related to the label?

I'M DOING A REPORT FOR ACCESS 2003 I TRIED TO PUT A REPORT HEADER/FOOTER IN
BUT I GET A MESSAGE I'M GOING TO DELETE MY WORK CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME
