Access 2003 Project - Can't make ADE file.

I can't create an ADE file all of a sudden from my Access 2003 ADP file. Has
anyone encountered this issue? If you have, would you please help?

In case any one makes the same mistake as I did:

I didn't clean up (compiling the file) the changes I made to codes. After I
finished compiling the file, I was able to make the mde file.
