Access 2003 Getting Dialog Box

Everytime I start Access, for some reason the windows installed starts,

If I click on a Table or a Query i Get a dialog box

Feature being installed then Access Opens

Any Thoughts
 
Make sure to do a full install (of any Office product) when installing
Office 2000->

And You only have 1 office version?
It might be *any* other software that triggers it for the same reason....
(not very helpful)
