Access 2003 Error Message

Every time I start Access 2003 and attempt to open a database file, I get a
window error message informing me that I need to install the latest version
of Jet 4.0 (8). I downloaded this file and attempted to install it on my
computer. I got a window before the installations was complete informing me
that my current software is more current than the patch file. What can I do
to get rid of this nuisance error message?

I am getting this same nuisance error message. It aggravates all
those who need to use any of my Access databases. I have asked twice
before how to get rid of this.

Is there someone out there who can help?????????????????
