Access 2003 Data Not Saving?

Hello!

I'm using Access 2003, and I'm having a little trouble with my form. Almost all of it works perfectly, except a few of my list boxes (not all of them). When I select an option in the malfunctioning list boxes, it looks like the data is being stored. But when I leave that record and then come back (or if I leave the form and go into the table), that data is gone. What could be going on here?

The multi-select option is available for all of the troublesome list boxes, but some list boxes that are working perfectly are also multi-select. None of the boxes are unbound - they are all bound to the table where I would like the data to wind up.
