ACCESS 2003 Compatible with 2000?

I am just wondering, if it is possible for Access 2003 and 2000 using the
same database? I mean, the database may created in Access 2000 but later be
modified by Access 2003 and then let Access 2000 to use?
 
In actual fact, the default file format for Access 2003 is the Access 2000
format, so unless you convert the database and use features that are only
found in Access 2003, you should have no problems.
