Access 2003 and Microsoft Jet 4.0

I upgrade Office XP to Office 2003 (Only Access 2003, not Full Version) ,
when I was trying to open Access 2003 for the very 1ST time, it said "
security warring" "unsafe expression are not blocked" so I went to download
the Microsoft Jet 4.0, and installed to the computer. and I was trying to
open Access again, it said "security warring" "this file may not be safe if
it contains code, that was intended to harm your computer, do you want to
open this file or cancel operation?"
here's my question: will this security warning popup every time I open this
file or should I do some to block this thing, and how? what is the "code"?

Will it pop up each time you open ACCESS 2003? Yes, this is a new "built-in"
security feature for ACCESS 2003.

You can set the macro security level to "Low" for your ACCESS software.

Or you can change the value of the following key in the Registry Editor from
3 to 2
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Jet\4.0\Engines\SandBoxMode
