Access 2002 (XP) RunTime is it on CD from Office XP Proffesional?

The runtime was inlcuded on the standard Office install CD (at least in some
of the versions), but you are not licensed to use it unless you actually
purchase the developer's toolkit. The developer's tools are free for Access
2007, but not for any previous version.

Also, you will be hard-pressed to find anyone selling the 2002 version
anymore except perhaps someplace on-line that carries overstock and/or
previously owned software.

but every user has his own Office XP Pro (with Access) on every computer
but on the terminal server they want to use Access Database so is it ok?


Is it possible to get Access Runtime 2002 (XP) with Service Packs
integrated?
