Access 2002 (XP) RunTime is it on CD from Office XP Proffesional?

but every user has his own Office XP Pro (with Access) on every computer
but on the terminal server they want to use Access Database so is it ok?


Is it possible to get Access Runtime 2002 (XP) with Service Packs
integrated?
