Access 2002 - Smart Tags

We have a database that we share to maintain contacts.

On a machine that has Access 2003 I can see smart tags.

On another machine that only has Access 2002 I cannot see them.

Do I have to upgrade the other machine?
 
I think Smart Tags only came in for Access 2003 so yes you will have to
upgrade if you want on all machines.
