Hi,

I have a database report created in Access 2003 with check boxes that
does NOT print using Access 2002.
The boxes appear in print view but leaves a blank column when printed.
The boxes do print if I open the database in a computer with Office
2003.

Is there any patch/update that is required to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Nat

Have you tried saving the database file in Access 2000 format (or some
other version no later than Access 2002)? If all you want is the
Report, you might want to copy your Access 2003 file, convert the copy
to Access 2002, print your Report, and destroy the Access 2002 version.
You probably don't want to keep an unsynchronized version of a
database around except as backup (and with a backup, you keep track of
when it was current, and you never change it).
