access 2000, where to start

Hi There,
I've got to create a dbase using 2000, it will be an inventory of fibre
types. A list of different fibre types, by manufacturer and several other
characteristics of that fibre.
Can someone let me know if there is a template I can download (and just
start entering the data I have) and where I would find it?

Mary, if you want a "ready-made" look in your templates for Northwind. It
appears to be an inventory like you are inquiring about.
