Access 2000 multiple "Finds" gives Invalid Argument error

I have some users who get an "Invalid Argument" error after doing multiple
searches. Is this a known issue?

Not as far as I know.

What version of Access? What Operating System? What sort of searches are you
doing? How are you doing them? Is there any commonality to when they get the
error? (i.e.: they've included an apostrophe in their search argument,
they've left out a particular search argument, they've put a special
character as a search argument, etc.)
 
Access 2000 - SP3

XP - latest SP

Using the "Find", just searching for Customer numbers, etc. No special
characters.

The only "commonality" is that they are doing multiple Finds in the same
form. The only way to clear the error is to restart Access.
