Access 2000 labels

I have a problem in Access 2000.

Report is defined as Avery 7160 labels (7 x 3). Print OK.

After a time 'something' happens and only the first column
is printed or rather label format is 7 x 1.

I'm trying to identify what the 'something' is but have
not narrowed it down completely.

I have noted that copying a report (cut and paste) that
displays the correct format does not print the labels
correctly after it has been copied.

Anyone seen this behaviour?

Perhaps the margin setting is being lost, and so the 2nd column no longer
fits on the page?

This can happen if you do not turn off Name AutoCorrect according to this
knowledgebase article:
